About the Movie
The Parent Trap is a fun family favorite. Double trouble follows when identical twins Sharon and Susan (both played by Hayley Mills) — separated as tots when their parents (Maureen O'Hara and Brian Keith) divorced — meet by chance at summer camp. Foes at first, they ultimately realize they are sisters and pull a switcheroo in an effort to reunite their estranged parents. Their scheme hits a snag in the form of their father's obnoxious, gold-digging fiancée (Joanna Barnes).
